In his prime he might take him out. Very interesting fight.

Thats the type of guys that would really challenge mayweather if not beat him prime mosely and de la hoya. Still dont think we even seen the best of mayweather very few people challenged him enough to come out that defensive shell of his. If guys would hae got a lead on him in would have forced him out of it. The problem was the guys were,nt quite good enough.

The best names on floyds resume at the time of beating them we,re a good tier below guys like that. Whatever way you cut it mayweather achievements are that of a truely great fighter. Going up the weights like he did. Just a pity there was no one there to really challenge him some of it being due to selective matchmaking the other part being there wasnt many great fighters around.

Always felt tyszu could have been the one. I know most will disagree with that because theres not a lot of love for him around here nowadays and vivian harris/hatton etc. But styles make fights. Mayweather had the speed reflexes athletism on him looks a bit of a whitewash but so did the zab. And look what happened there. All it took was one punch. Kosta was very very good at timing that right hand.

Tyszu didnt have that slickness...so a lot of people dont give him a chance in that fight but the thing is i dont think it would have been a slickster that would beat floyd anyway. Slickness with a high workrate maybe...mosley. workrate...de la hoya. Or someone that could time him with a big shot...tyszu. workrate/power...prime pacman. Outside of guys coming in a lot heavier that would have been your best bet.

It depends entirely on their ring attire, if I am being honest with you.

2001 Mosley probably knocks him out. Way quicker than the shell Floyd fought in 2010

Mosley looks great against come forward aggressive fighters. Guys who know how to control range and box, beat Mosley every time.

10/10. This is the reason I don't rate "Money" like I rate such as Leonard or Hagler or Duran. All those guys selected competition that brought them right up to the edge of their maximum greatness or just beyond. We saw the best of them or pretty damn close and arguably not just once.

I'm convinced we never saw the best of Floyd and that it was partially by design. His fear overcame his ambition.

Prime Roided Mosley wins 8 out of 10 times vs prime clean Floyd.

There’s a good chance younger Shane would have sealed the deal if he had Floyd hurt like he did when they fought.

Floyd always beats Shane, imo. Too good.
