    Momentum pull-ups don't count

    Flapping around in the wind like a fish out of water with zero form.

    1 good form pullup is better than 50 flaps...

    I did flaps then switched to negatives to learn pull-ups. Took me months to activate my lats absolute sod of a muscle.

    If anyone cares about how someone like Wlad is able to do this I would recommend looking up Pavel Tsatsouline's work on 'greasing the groove' etc.

    Also anyone complaining about the form should realise that this type of pace is actually better suited to Boxing performance. Insane work from Wlad.
