I pick Fenech to win in a great fight. I think Jones might have some good moments and perhaps stun Fenech briefly but it all comes down to Fenech's stamina and durability helping him get through Jones' reach / power and ends up wearing down Jones en route to a late round stoppage.
The thing with Junior Jones is he was all over the map and you never knew what you would get from him. In one fight, he'd be a killer puncher and get a knockout. In another, he'd be a brilliant boxer and win a decision. And yet, in one fight with Fenech, he'd get knocked out, and in another he'd get outworked and lose a decision. Perhaps one bout would be a close and maybe controversial draw, with Fenech throwing and landing more but Jones landing much harder. So that's my way of saying that if they fought multiple times I could see multiple different results each time.
That would be an absolute doozy of a fight. As mentioned, Fenech was more consistent, therefore I'd lean towards him by stoppage in the later rounds.
