Would Michael Dokes destroy Sonny Liston just like Ali did

OT: No, Dokes only had fast hands, his feet were slow as **** and he has no way around Liston’s jab.

 

Doles had the size and skill to do it if he fought the right fight. Liston was a big strong slugger for the 60s. 20 years later the fighters had gotten larger. He wouldn’t have the size advantage he used to. Still if Dokes stands and fights Liston could take him out. Dokes is listed at 6 3 but didn’t look that tall and 78 reach but looked shorter. He would weigh about as much as Liston. Like Ali he didn’t possess great power but I don’t think he was as smart as Ali. In addition I don’t think he’ was as elusive as the young Ali. If I had to pick I ll go Liston though could be a tough fight that Dokes could win.
