Same deal with AJ, he had more success when he was aggressive and walking Usyk down compared to when he tried to box at range.

 

Usyk, he is simply hell for bigger and slower HWs that box at range.

 

Wladimir by decision he excelled vs southpaws and he destroyed Byrd who was another smaller skillful southpaw.

I think Wladimir matches up quite well vs Usyk in all honesty.

 

I disagree that Usyk beats Wlad I am however enjoying the respect Usyk is getting against a top 5 OAT HW (IMO)

 

Joshua wouldve brutalized Byrd. Joshua excelled at every southie bar Usyk.

Byrd wasn't as good as Parker never mind Usyk.

Usyk hits Wlad with the same shots Sanders did

 

Joshua beat Wallin, Martin.

Wladimir beat better Southpaws than those two let's be honest.

 

AJ didn't just beat Wallin , he savagely and brutally beat the career out of him.

The southies Wlad beat are not even comparable to Usyk.
Furthermore, Usyk was vulnerable to the body shots and uppercut. Wlad has neither.
Usyk disables the jab like a master. Take Wlads jab away and he doesn't have the follow up right hand.

Wlad doesn't have what it takes to beat Usyk
Doesn't have the tenacity, gusto or mental stamina.
Doesn't have the output or variety. No one punch at a time guy is beating Usyk. No guy who is way to hesitant to throw until the perfect opportunity is beating Usyk.
Usyk is clearly all wrong for Wlad.

 

I wonder if Emmanuel Steward can help Wlad find a effective game plan for Uysk.
