So now that Usyk has closed the door, will Fury fight Joshua? Or come back at all?

Did he, are you sure thats not just more Fury nonsense because with Furys ego he'd have talked about it a whole lot more than he ever has. Has a charity ever come out and said thanks to Tyson Fury we've done this or that?

Fury vs Joshua should have happened about six years ago. Fight means F-all now

Looks like he genuinely might be finished this time.

Usual BS from Fury. I think he’s just trying to push the purse up.

    Lmaoooo.

As soon as the walls start closing in where all roads begin to lead to an AJ fight realistically taking place, and nothing really in the way of it finally happening, the clown retires.

They should conduct a study on Fury fans lol, how this guy gets away with milking them is kinda fascinating.

Anyways, heres to hoping that this is just the usual slimey Fury bs and hes 'unretired' tomorrow morning.

I am literally 50-50 on this.

    1) Frank Warren, Gareth Davies, and his manager there whose name I can't remember have all confirmed there have been recent talks and negotiations for him to come back.

    But...

    2) That was when he thought he was getting Usyk, which just got pulled out from under him.

50-50 for me, because he does want the money.

Or making excuses for the fact he's too scared to fight again - or knows he's knackered.

He simply can't admit he's not as special as he thought he was, or as special as he got hyped to be... Coming back and potentially losing would make that undeniable, which it should already be but in his head isn't.

That's the only way this fight was ever going to occur. Same with Khan Brook

Fury even has title fight options if he wants but obviously big money big draw AJ fight will be the choice. Demolition job on AJ then will fight Usyk into retirement again after Usyk toys with Parker assuming Parker boxes Wardleys ugly face off.

"Obviously" is a strange choice of word... Very little is obvious with Fury, especially fights he could very well lose.

I don't see how beating a declined Joshua would change Usyk's mind about winning a third wide points win over Fury?

Besides, that's assuming Fury can win at all, let alone pull a demolition job - the latter seems particularly unlikely given Fury's mediocre power (and with how easy he is to hit when he tries to fight in a way that would allow him to use even that mediocre power, that's risky against a big puncher who can do big damage with those kinds of openings).

In reality, I think the only way Fury would've ever taken it was if he'd beaten Usyk - that's what it would've taken to give him enough confidence to risk it, IMHO.

I don't understand why its so hard for people to accept Fury is genuinely retired.

He is acting completely different to when he "retired" before, last time he was the top, constantly still in the media and talking shite etc.

This time he is quietly enjoying his retired family life, he isn't at the top, had a couple bad losses and is an old 37, its not like he has lived a clean life or anything, he probably feels closer to 5o than 40.

The Joshua fight isn't happening unless it's 10 years down the line as exhibition.

He’s already lost to Usyk twice and Usyk already said he doesn’t want him again

Yeah Fury retired and I think he really means it this time. AJ does nothing for him anyways.
He’s 37 and lived a poor lifestyle. His jab has gone since the surgeries.
