The Walcott who fought Joe Louis fights Ruiz for a heavyweight title belt. Does Walcott walk away with his hand raised in token of victory or does Ruiz pull a Marciano on Walcott?

Walcott, at his best, is surely able to outbox him and potentially stop him, he’s far more skilled, much better feet, judgement of range etc, he’d make him miss by a mile and counter him, stick that jab on him, confuse him with feints and movement which would make Ruiz hesitate and allow Walcott to fight at his own pace.

If Jersey Joe is well trained, top of his game, then he beats Ruiz easily.

Definitely Walcott. That version of Walcott is better than the version of Roy Jones that had his way with Ruiz.
