And despite his run of wins recently where he has been willing to exchange more he hasn't shown any evolution through his career. So it's not as if he's going to come back with a couple of new tricks.

If the belts were fractured he'd fancy himself a likely voluntary defence. But with Usyk controlling things he's now so far back in the pecking order again.

Judging from these highlights Parker was wearing the ear muffs guard position at one point hurt & getting whaled on. However,
The shots weren’t all landing flush & Parker was responsive & firing back at the time of the stoppage.

poor timing by the ref to step in at that moment.

    so confirmed Brit level stoppage.
Glad I saved money on this PPV

Parker got done dirty here by the ref. Parker wasnt even down once and wardley blew his load in the previous round so im not so sure if he even could have gotten parker down. Sure the blood in parkers eye made it difficult for him but come on man. Wouldnt have suprised me if parker put it on a exhausted wardley in the last round and sealed the deal casue he was winning. How many times was parker down against zhang and still rose up to the challenge and WON BIG

the last 3 punches from wardley before the ref stepped in had nothing on them just arm punches pushed out at that point and didnt even land or hit gloves ffs. Parker still defending and aware of things using the ropes to make him miss. The worst was over for parker before the ref stepped in. You couldnt have picked a worse time to stop the fight.

I said it was a bad stoppage live and I still say it was bad watching the replay of fight. Let the guy go down.

I think people need to assess a few things.

Wardley landed a right hand on Parker at 1:45 into the 11th round that badly hurt Parker which started the onslaught for Wardley.

The fight was stopped at 1:06 left in that round.

That's almost 40 seconds of Wardley unloading punches on Parker with Parker not landing a single punch back.

Just before the fight got stopped Parker took a deep breath and went back towards the ropes and he didn't look in good shape at all.

I really don't understand people calling this a terrible stoppage.

1st off that should never have been stopped, they might look into Ref incentives to 'stop' when & if he can in favour of British Ownership interests from the powerbrokers...

though more likely just an emotionally heightened stoppage on the part of the ref.

2cd, I got the RBR info on the forum last night before seeing it and now after seeing it as usually a lot of hyped up overstated action and actual 'connecting' punching wasn't / isn't there... some good moments undoubtedly, but overall it was a good fight, hyped as if it was a great fight, it wasn't...

just my turn, your turn 'forward & backward' movement without all the hoped or expected actual connected punches. Parker would have stayed the round, absolutely no doubt, yes he might have lost anyway in the next round or two, but guess what, so might have Wardley.

Turn those 'comentators Down or better yet, OFF altogether.

Also take in to account the previous rounds final minute where he got beat up and wasn't firing back

Howard Foster is a knob sure, but I'm sure that was all taken in to account

Only thing I'll say, Parker and his corner didn't see to protest too much
