Could 97 Tua withstand the fury of a young Foreman, tire him out and knock him out in the end?

An iron chin, more power, strength and size? I’m not saying Ol Tua would win if GF stuck to his jab but if it became a brawl I’d bet the farm on Tua to take GF out, GF just didn’t have the whiskers to withstand DT in a Lyle like stand off.

I don’t see it. Foreman never had trouble with left hookers and I see Tua having a very tough night with Foreman’s jab. Tua would most likely go defensive and drop a decision to Foreman.

This is a bloody hard one to work out IMO.
Tua of the Ike fight put up a great showing,he could maybe do the same here.
But George has so much power that he maybe go into defence mode as he did against Lewis and just survive enough.

Tua has two choices: continuously run into a sledgehammer jab, get pushed back, and eat big uppercuts until the ref stops it, or decide he doesn't want any smoke and cruises to a decision loss.

There's no one I would pick to beat prime Foreman in a brawl, much less someone two or three full tiers below him.

Foreman would meet the strongest man ever, with the strongest chin he ever met beside Ali and Tua also had a good left hook...it will be a very tough fight for Foreman.

Foreman couldn't stand in there for 12 like Ike did.
