I am going to go with Wardley for now. There are some question marks regarding Wardley and i guess we will figure it out more once he steps up, but there is no question he can hit. Norton is highly underrated. He is a nightmare for any boxer who does not have great power. Its also important to remember that Ken was past it when he lost to Shavers and Cooney. Still, the fact that he didn't beat any notable hitters except maybe Bobick leaves a major question mark. I would have liked to see prime Ken vs Lyle or Shavers. Perhaps he could have done a lot better than we think. That being said, if i was a betting man, i would say Wardley lands a big right hand that leads to a tko. This doesn't diminish how great Norton was. Its just that there is one style of fighters which is tough for Kenny to overcome. Wardley tko 7.
Ken Norton is in a different class. He would stop Wardley. I see him get under Wardley's right hand and working him over.
Wardley would KTFO Norton, Norton is a more skilled fighter but he was also more skilled than Shavers so he was KO'd and Wardley is bigger than Shavers...
I picked Wardley to beat Norton before the Parker fight. But Wardley being "bigger" than Shavers doesn't make him a bigger puncher. Shavers was a bigger hitter than Wardley though Wardley can crack hard enough. Also Kenny was washed up by the time he got to Shavers. Still, i pick Wardley due to styles. Not impossible for Norton to break him down with body shots though.
Can he win? The human spirit may always win out. Can he win REALISTICALLY? No. No, he can't. No. No, I don't think so; no, no.
