Thinking of this possible match up.
If the fight had been made for Bowe to fight George in 1993 , would Riddick have tried to make a point and Go all out to KO the older guy?

Probably not. Foreman took some monster shots from guys like Briggs without crumbling. Bowe might outwork Foreman if he could handle the jab though. Foreman might sit low-defence Bowe down himself a few times. Might have been a fun fight.

If Bowe puts enough pressure on George then he could potentially overwhelm him as he tires.
I wouldn't be surprised to see him stop George late.
There's only Bowe, Lewis or Tyson I see actually being capable of that.

Bowe would outbox Old George comfortably as Bowe was so skilled, but a KO is unlikely IMO.

    Yeah probably.

George only fought with undersized HWs when he stepped up in competition and didn’t fight with a puncher unless they had questionable stamina and a shaky chin. He knew, with his age and speed, that he did not really stand a chance at out-pointing anyone at the top level so he tried to maximize his chances of just bulldozing and KO’ing a guy as much as possible.

Bowe had an iron chin, very hard punches, an elite (albeit limited) skillset and he, at 6’5 and a lean 230+ lbs, wasn’t any smaller than Foreman was. He wasn’t someone that Foreman could just physically bully into submission. Foreman would catch him with nasty shots at range with that stiff jab and wonky uppercuts / right cross but Bowe is just gonna keep coming forward with his own jab and I think his handspeed, work-rate and skills at close range are enough to pummel a 90s Foreman to a TKO.

Nah but it would be a wide decision loss for Foreman

He has a good chance. If he's on his game.

    Yes he would stop him.
It's not a surprise that Foreman didn't want anything to do with him, Lewis or even Ruddock.

I doubt it. Foreman’s chin was granite.

Whether he would have or not he had a better chance then anyone else from that era.

Bowe would probably beat Foreman but Briggs not being able to put him down once at the very end doesn't bode well for anyones chances of knocking out Foreman.

I could see Riddick getting a stoppage win with George still on his feet. One thing is for sure, the old man is getting beat up real bad in this one.
