For some reason Wlad thought he was skilled, even though Wlad landed at will with both hands. But Wlad must have felt something special in there against Pulev to believe he was the more skilled fighter than AJ in that AJ v Pulev matchup. These are the intangibles we can't see from outside the ring.

If Fury had power he could make a Foreman style comeback but he doesn't.

Meanwhile Usyk seems to just be getting stronger albeit more static but he can be more static given most of his competition are statues especially down the stretch.

 

If the previous generation of Fury, AJ, Wilder and Whyte do return it will be to face each other or other ageing fighters for a cash grab.

The rumours are strong that Fury vs AJ is a done deal for next year...would be nice little earner for them both at this stage. Although neither of them need the money, greed will prevail. It usually does.

I've never been a Joshua fan but I have to be fair and honest, I believe Joshua wants the Fury fight much more than the other way around

 

The last 1-2 years it's started to flip big time based on the old names declining but soon we will get new more names within the next few years like we are already starting to with Itauma.
