Dan Rafael on twitter saying the fight is off and Delboy won't be fighting in December now

Read somewhere Chisora will still fight Whyte but it won't be on December 13th.

Chisora seems to have a problem with that date - perhaps he's superstitious?

I’m hoping to see if my prediction of Whyte being KO’d inside 3 is correct.

On the DAZN broadcast it was clear that no deal had been reached, so both men were somewhat uncomfortable having been dragged on stage like that.
It was a stupid move by Warren.

Warren had promised an announcement that night but couldn't deliver it.

Hopefully this is true as it ended when Whyte brutally chinned him. both are very evenly matched but Whyte proved he's just a little bit better already. this fight was basically a who's more washed contest.

I like Chisora vs Miller something new both highly obnoxious and girthy loud-mouth bullies. both come forward and while prime Chisora was likely a bit better than Miller off the DRUGS (He was clearly on them in hindsight when he was on his Matchroom run so Miller's prime is hard to determine) now Chisora is over 40 and now Miller is not a drug fuelled super size Superman...it's a 50/50.

Yea, not like either of these guys goes along with anything they don't want to.

I can see why he wanted to make it in some ways...

Depending on quite how shot Whyte is, it had the potential to make Itauma's blowout of Dillian look better or worse than it currently does... If they'd fought and Del won early it would suggest it wasn't all that, if it went late or Whyte won, it might suggest that Chisora is much more shot than we thought or that Whyte actually isn't that bad (which looks better for Moses) - realistically even if Whyte is totally finished, Chisora might not be quick enough to end it super early, so it might make the prospect look good, but who knows.

In all honesty I'm surprised Whyte wants to fight again at all with how poor he looked last time and the potential health implications of going out knowing you'll lose...

    Rubbish match up anyway.

Although I guess would have been better than nothing. Just.

Looks like Dec will be another barren month for HW.

Dereck Chisora blatantly wants a shot at a world title.
He somehow managed a high IBF ranking with a win over Joyce and a win over Wallin, and he's hoping belts become vacant or Usyk gives him a call.

Well, he's the IBF mandatory, so nothing wrong with him wanting a title shot.

I'm glad it's off as there's no way Whyte deserves another payday.

On the other hand I was looking forward to putting a bet on him being KO'd

Jesus wept. Chisora would kill Shyte this time around. Much more left in the tank. Miller and Zhang are the fights he should be targeting. Shyte just feels like low hanging fruit at this stage.

It will be a good but completely meaningless fight between two solid journeymen.
