It will likely mostly include knockouts, but I reckon there are moments where the momentum, atmosphere, or commentary shifts so dramatically, rewatching it really feels like a movie. Off the top of my head: Gil Clancy shutting up (all due respect) when Foreman stops Moorer, after saying he's lost his power through the bout. Foreman probing Cooney with those short right hands over the jab, finding him with that uppercut into an angle combo, and finishing it off with a walking uppercut. Must have been wild seeing it live. Norton, labeled as aged, finding Randy Stephens and pulling the last punch to avoid hurting the lad. Hagler beginning to break the Beast Mugabi and finally stopping him. Leonard turning the tide against Lalonde. Shavers finally finding Holmes after 19 (?) rounds, and Larry getting up. Kenny quickly dismantling the Futch-trained, financially backed Duane Bobick after Frazier explicitly warned everybody involved not to put him in the ring with Norton. Saddler finding Pep with that leaping shovel hook, and Willie getting up with that profound 'damn it' look of both desperation and focus on his face.
Furthermore: The moment it became apparent Kabayel is stopping Zhang, and the counter-punching juggernaut persona is falling apart. Ibeabuchi beginning to make Byrd look trapped, whereas he always seemed confident and content no matter how small the pocket, and how impossible the stunt he had to pull off.
All those old senile geezers in that one interview prior to the Brawl In Montreal couldn't shut up about Leonard stopping Duran before the sixth and **** like that. Stitched their own mouths after watching the great american dream get schooled by a former Super-Bantamweight.
