Keen to hear what people think.

I think Tony Tucker was a fair bit better TBH.

Tucker comfortably outboxes Wardley. And, he had the chin and defense to survive the occasional bomb from Wardley. I honestly don't think Tucker would really need to get out of second gear to win this.

I have to choose Tucker here, neither Tyson nor Lewis were able to beat him by stoppage and I doubt Wardley would be able to do it either, Tucker by UD.

Prime Joseph Parker actually had some stylistic similarities to Tucker, but then he decided to gain a bunch of weight and fight flat footed pretending he was a puncher. That being said, Wardley's stoppage of Parker is a bit controversial and he was behind on the cards. It wasn't a very convincing performance. Had he gotten a clean knockout or was ahead, I'd be a bit more confident picking Wardley.

For now, we need see more from Ward who has a fairly thin resume. I have Tucker winning a clear decision in a competitive scrap.

Tucker had a great chin, and very good boxing skills. I think he'd outbox Wardley to a UD.

Tucker, he wouldn’t trade like Parker did and has himself out, he’d box sensibly and outbox Wardley most likely, although Wardley would have a punchers’ chance.

Tucker absolutely. At his best arguably a class higher than what Parker presented.

A focused and motivated Tucker (yes I realize that is a unicorn :sisi1) would steamroll Wardley.
