Same here. I actually like Gatti, he's a nice guy in and out of the ring. Don't think letting the fight go on would be any smart, he was seriously behind and close to behind stopped, at that point any punch he took was just hurting him, body or face and his face was swollen BAD. Perfect time to stop it, Buddy already warned him two rounds before that if he doesn't at least land a single meaningful punch he will stop it. It was only going to be worse for Gatti to take punches like that, he could live to fight another day.

 

When did Buddy say he was gonna stop it?He was saying ''Come on baby,stay on the gameplan'',''Arturo forget the head,go the body baby'',''move your head,come on baby,just like in the gym'',''Don't worry Arturo,don't worry baby'', see the patern,hate how he calls grown men ''baby'' but that's his thing I suppose,anyway didn't hear him saying ''I'll stop the fight if you don't throw''.

 

You kidding?, Buddy said numerous times that he would stop the fight if Gatti doesn't do what they worked on in the gym as Gatti came back semi-dazed after every round.

I disagree. This is not a Roy Jones Jr situation where he did have a Glass Jaw all along. PBF was hit flush by Oscar a few times. He is not like Glass Jaw Roy Jones who avoided power punchers his entire career.

PBF fans, you guys are on another boxing planet, honestly. Avoid Floyd should be his name. You'll defend him to the end. Every boxing expert knows he's good, but they also know he hurt boxing. PBF is a product of today's so many belts. If each weight class was like the way it used to be, one champion, PBF wouldn't be as pretty as you guys think he is. Sorry, fellas.
