    Good video.

Oohh wee.. Tyson was lucky he got Douglas before Holyfield got to him. Now he can talk that BS that he was greater than Holyfield.. just an off night.

Yes, I really like those old pre/post fights videos.
Before prison, Tyson vs Holyfield would have been WAR.

Tyson was robbed. He was just about to make a comeback and stop Holyfield with 2 seconds left in the 12th.

Yes I think that interview clip you referenced is it. But I don’t think I’d seen this particular video so maybe from whatever original interview it was from.

You’d think if he had no memory whatsoever of the fight he’d preface this by saying, ‘I was completely out of it and have no memory of it, so that’s probably why I wasn’t getting extension on my punches, which I’ve noticed looking back at it on film.’

There were whispers that Mike weighed around 190 coming out of prison and they found him a ‘doctor’ like Ivan Drago’s who pumped him full of gear like Bane in the ‘Batman & Robin’ movie.

Maybe you saw it on the Showtime prefight version, because they showed the same clip.

I agree about your point, I don't think he was necessarily lying by saying that he doesn't remember much of the fight but he seems to remember more than what he says.

It wasn't just whispers. It was widely talked about casually in news reports how much thinner Tyson looked even before he got out of prison. I remember at the time, finally seeing him in a news conference or something when he was fresh out of jail, and thought that he had lost a fair amount of weight.

As far as steroids go with Tyson though...I'm not sure. I wouldn't be surprised to hear he used them to quickly gain muscle for his first post prison fight. Otherwise, his physique was always consistent from fight to fight, and inbetween (general size and weight). Not so much with Holyfield though...what fighter loses weight between fights, lol.

I think Tyson started taking steroids after prison, which killed him as a boxer. He also started bodybuilding training, which wasn't good for his style.

There’s lots of PEDs and not all of them lead to bulk (depending on how someone trains and what they’re training for).

I am more than pretty sure Tyson used them coming out of prison, and at least pretty sure he used them after that (definitely for Jake Paul, but back during his more active post-prison days). If you’ll take them for Peter McNeeley and you admit to using a fake dick with your own baby’s urine to beat drug tests, methinks he doth protest too much when he says ‘oh but just for pot,’ lol.
