It certainly looks like Dempsey and Miske. Could be amateur footage - reportedly there were multiple movie cameras set up in the crowd. That would explain why some guy's hat is partly obscuring the view.
That certainly looks real. Great find by the poster and to you for sharing. I think this is the same footage klompton is also in possession of, if you Google this bout you can see a still photo of the same leaping hook from another angle.
Big problem is incoming because in about 2 years time people who are willing to spend just a little money are going to be able to fake Greb footage. It won't even be that hard.

This is real - on YouTube you can check the fight film guy - his page also has this footage but from afar and just after the punch where they spin in the clinch. It’s on his video of the Firpo vs Dempsey bout. It’s a great watch that video.
I love different angles and perspectives of the same punch .. I've been searching for footage of Sullivan swinging at the speed bag from a long shot background I saw posted but vanished , not the classic of him swinging but anther all together ... really cool
