    Europe: Oleksandr Usyk

    North America: Sugar Ray Robinson

    Asia: Manny Pacquiao

    Africa: Dick Tiger

    South America: Carlos Monzon

    Oceania: Jeff French

I did this list quick, so I may be missing someone obvious.

    Who are your picks?

I'd personally go for Jofre in South America. His reign at bantamweight equalled Monzon at middle but to retire and come back and win the title at featherweight - and beat Vicente Saldivar - moves him on.
Can we add Central America and have Mexico, Panama, Nicaragua duke it out?

I only consider retired fighters in my all time rankings.

Fitz for Europe, clearly, unless you don't consider him European, in which case I'd go with Wilde.

I'd have Nelson above Tiger and Jofre above Monzon, personally, but both are very close and can reasonably be argued either way.

Europe: Lennox Lewis, Bob Fitzsimmons if you don't consider Lewis European, Wladimir Klitschko if you don't consider Fitz European.
North America: Ray Robinson(the reason why p4p rankings were invented)
South America: Carlos Monzon(Panama and Mexico are considered North America otherwise i'd change my vote).
    Africa: Azuma Nelson
    Asia: Pacquaio
    Oceania: Jeff Fenech

I hate to be pedantic, but most geologists consider everything from Panama and Trinidad and up to be North America these days.

    Where does Duran fit in?;)

And why leave out Antartica? There might be someone at Vostok station right now who can really throw hands.

neither Europe or Britain should claim Fitz or McClarnin,

surely the countries where they lived and shaped them into the Boxer's they were deserve the credit, that is where they were Honed & Bred as fighters.

Panamá is not part of South A

Motherland is part of the region known as Central America, which is the southern portion of the North American continent.

So, with much pain in these words, Roberto Durán will not be the one nominated as the GOAT of North A, that one will be Harry Greb.

Klitschko is a long way off the greatest European fighter.. Usyk has already surpassed him.

Jimmy Mclarnin , Bob Fitzsimmons & Jimmy Wilde are the GOATs of Europe. Freddie Welsh deserves a shout too..
