I have a MASSIVE problem with IFL's latest trend of shameless clickbait video titles because -

The trajectory IFL is on is clear to see with this 50 Cent clickbait rubbish. They’re absolute parasites at this point. You pay for YouTube Premium to watch a video that’s not even two minutes long, and it’s padded with 40-odd seconds of ads at the start and another 40-plus at the end.

And the worst part? It’s Kugan doing the voice-over. Absolutely shameless.

Can only imagine how bleak and overpriced those hampers are going to be, with less credibility than Starmer, Joshua and Hearn combined at this point.

Fair play, they noticed a gap in the market 10 years ago, but with the rise in social media they’ve been left behind. Kugan coughing into a camera just doesn’t cut it anymore.

 

I was thinking the other day about how you don't see much of Kugan any more. I just assumed it was my algorithm finally realising I don't watch his videos. He used to be inseparable from Hearn, sharing limos with him to press conferences, debating which crisps are best. They were like the chuckle brothers.

I think the promoters eventually realised it's more useful to have a 'house' poodle like Parsons or Umar than navigate the "he said she said" of IFL TV and so on.

Looking at IFL's accounts, they've not been swimming in it but assuming YouTube pays them 12 times a year and their current debtors are 1 month's payment, they certainly still do OK.
