Jones handpicked his opponents like a too small Trinidad and Ruiz. He said he could knock out both Klitschkos in 1 nite! What a joke!

Roy handpicked Ruiz? As if his small little ass should of been chasing Lewis or something. He did it for history, and a chance at grabbing a heavyweight belt.

Trinidad? Roy was old, and had been shot for years. He fought him for money.

    Simple. Come on now.

Yeah and Trinidad hasn't fought in 3 years! and picked Ruiz, the least threat of the heavy weights. Typical Jones talks a lot of **** but can't back it up!

He shouldn't have been fighting FULL STOP when he fought Trinidad. He was old and shot, mainly looking for the money... And I don't know how into the sport you are, but you do know that it was TRINIDAD himself who challenged Roy (who merely accepted).

Go on. I dare you to look it up.

And Ruiz? As if Roy, a natural super middleweight, should be looking at guys like Lennox Lewis at HW. He had the opportunity to fight for and win a HW title, make history, and then bail out.

    Again, come on now.

Jones is a coward and will always b 1! It always was for him little risk for big reward. Why would Trinidad fight him? he knew he was too small. your source? Mayweathe and jones are cut from the same cloth. He will lose a decision to Joe,who i'm not to crazy about. His legs are shot and this is his last opportunity.

So your one of those. Whatever. You type in Jones-Trinidad into google YOURSELF and read the first pre-fight article. Then you'll have your source.

Yes, Joe will win a decision over Roy. That I agree with you on. Kudo's to Roy for taking on a p4p fighter when he's as shot as he is.

There is only a 3 year difference in age between them. Roy will b running as usual and that will do him in.

Age and being shot is relative to the particular fighter.

E.g. Morales was shot before he was 30.

A ref stoppage is the only way this one gets stopped (cuts aside).

Calzaghe does not have the power to KO Jones or even seriously hurt him, though if he does manage to do so Jones' chin will be thought of in an even worse light than it already is (which is pretty bad at 175).

Yes Ruiz.... i have already explained to you that Ruiz was way bigger than Jones, and knocked down Holyfield who is known for his iron chin. Instead of come up with any type of subjective information of why someone that much bigger wouldn't crush the so called "glass jaw" of a former middleweight, you use little smiley faces.

Tarver hit Jones flush many times in their 1st fight... Tarver is a big puncher, glass jaw would have been shattered then, or when Hopkins connected with clean right hands, or perhaps one of the many punches Johnson landed before the 9th round. The list goes on and on. Unless you consider Roy Jones the best defensive fighter of all time? I think you're a joke.:yep

How many power punchers do Jones fight? Not very many and when he did he ran. If he is so shot then he should fight an easier opponent!

Jones handpicked and fought 98% of his fights and on his terms. He was not called Reluctant Roy for nothing. His Chin can't handle a good punch that much has been proven already.
