(my bisexual side here showing up again lol!) 58 knockouts in 104 wins is not too bad either! What did he do not to be remembered as much these days? Did he commit a horrible crime or something? He was a fantastic boxer!
I agree I wonder if he just gets less attention because people tend to view fighters from that era as less great. idk

I saw something about him recently, I think it was a piece in one of my Ring Mags either side of 1940, I've been skimming through them recently.. anyway Antonio, I'll have a look over the next few days or so and if I find it, I'll try get a good few photos of the piece and maybe link it up for the Board here or send you direct...
