Any P4P list that does not have Usyk at number 1 cannot be taken seriously.

Crawford is an incredible fighter but getting beat by the smaller man convincingly who had one fight above welterweight (excellent win against Madrimov, just casually moves up and fights takes the belt off the bogey man lol) is going to knock you down a few pegs regardless of their calibre. He is used to fighting largely one way through the last run he’s had and it was enough to beat solid B level opponents because he is damn effective at it.

    Controversial opinion:

    1. Canelo dropping out if p4p is correct. He has been on the decline for a while
    2. Crawford beat him and went up a few weights. But still was as big and taller than him with a longer reach.
    3. Now because of that win, people put crawford on p4p #1 (few) or #2 (most).

Bivol was beating canelo, not really weighing a lot more. Offering to fight for his titles in super middle (declined by canelo, you guys can think of why...).
Bivol also beat beterbiev who after the loss was one place behind him on p4p rankings. Not like canelo...

Now crawford already said no way he fights bivol and the light heavies (makes sense, I see no way to win for him).

Still crawford on #2 and bivol on #4?

    For me
    #1 Usyk
    #2 Inoue
    #3 Bivol
    #4 Crawford

Bivol could probably still challenge Crawford in super middle. Won't happen though. And that means his win by canelo wasn't actually against this amazingly great super middleweight, but against a decined and old canelo, without the power (here i'm including the craft to deliver it) to actually knock him out. And the power is canelo's selling point.

Right now eastern europe and japan carry the flag of boxing. Crawford is still amazing and impressive (my favorite fighter for a while), but don't put him in front of those who actually fight the much bigger guys. Boiling down like crazy should not win you the p4p merits.

Crawford went from the who needs him club where so many were denying him the recognition he deserved to this overhyping. I hate both
