The corruption of the WBC has always been shamelessly in the open. Selective enforcement of mandatories, weird world ranking boosts days or weeks prior to justify a title "fight" and obvious favortism towards certain champions.

The kind of stuff they have pulled in the past bankrupted them, see: Rocchigiani lawsuit. If more followed Crawfords lead boxing would be in a better place.

    So.....why is it a problem?

I've seen fans say similar things about the WBC and none of them have any personal experience or ties to the WBC. They just are fans of fighters who deal with the WBC. Crawford has a direct connection with them and has an issue with a decision they chose to make with him. Why are we in position to tell him he is not allowed to voice his issue, but we can discuss it in depth on a message board.

Eddie Hearn sides with the WBC saying Terence Crawford should've paid his sanctioning fees.

Hearn told iFL TV: "What he did was like going out to a restaurant, having all the best caviar and lobsters, and the bill comes, 'I ain't paying that.' And you walk out.

"You sat down at the table. You wanted to eat the good stuff. You've got to pay your dues and pay your bill."

Who cares, we all know who the champ is why pay the fees

I like this Sheeraz vs Mbilli fight, two guys who hit hard but also get hit. Should be a fun one
