They both have multiple losses on their records at this point and are without a title. So if either of them lose a fight before this match happens, that shouldn't derail the fight.

Would have been epic had this fight happened years earlier, but better late than never.

Is it 2018 again? It'll be a dreadful fight, years too late, and will probably turn the casuals away. Nearly as bad of an idea as Usyk-Wilder.

 

Joshua should finish Paul quick. Ironically, that might be the best thing for Paul in this fight. A sustained beating could be much worse.

 

Not convinced me. AJ will probably lose the first couple then stop a brave Jake Paul in a scripted fight.

Joshua v Paul is happening. Its a bigger money fight than Joshua v Fury at this point. Joshua isnt giving up that payday

Regardless of the sneering, even at this overdue age Joshua vs Fury is stylistically an EXCELLENT matchup, and should just about guarantee action and drama.

aside from the stylistic intrigue, there’s gonna be a boatload of pride on the line too - so neither man will go out anything other than swinging. The UK will still go absolutely nuts for this - people outside the UK can’t really gauge how this country stops for these kind of events - literally front page stuff.

I genuinely hope it happens, and believe it will be excellent. I also kinda have always fancied Joshua to be a real problem for Fury…

 

Which is why it'll be sad when this likely happens in Saudi Arabia.

 

Who still wouldn't be on board? It's a nice fight with pulling power.

Both blew their chances at a genuine mega fight but Saudi money gives this a second wind. Usyks children can duke it out for second and third prize.
