Wallin at his peak was one level below elite. He’s probably declining now though but he was at his best when fighting Gassiev.

The amount of straight rights he took from Kitschko was CRAZY.

Why not? They gonna try a match Itauma with a 38 year old ex-cruiserweight champion instead?

He had, but after brutal beatings he took from Klitschko, Miller, Povetkin, Bakoele his chin definitely isn't what it was 10 years ago.

Then Makhmudov and Itauma cracked his chin, but it was totally spent version of Wach (who even at his peak was rather mediocre in terms of overall boxing abilities).

And with an honest referee, Wallin beat Fury - a fair ref would have stopped the fight.

Gassiev had never fought a tall southpaw heavyweight before Wallin, and it was no domination. Wallin just ran and countered with pitty-pats and won a gift decision because the judges liked that running style. I would have scored it for Gassiev, because he was taking the fight to Wallin.

Wladamir Klitschko wants a word with you.

Doesn't matter if he was down prior. It's still a ONE PUNCH knockout. It also happened a round sooner against a Pulev that was 33 not 44 and was a much more impressive and dominant performance in general.

Yep. Gassiev was the aggressor throughout, I scored it for Gassiev, And it was Gassiev's worst ever performance he was completely off that night for some reason,, but all Wallin did was those pathetic pitty pattying taps and running. Gassiev scored more scoring shots. All of Russian boxing media were calling that fight a robbery afterwards.

Pulev in his prime beat a younger fresher Chisora, so it actually says Pulev is shot to pieces, more shot than Chisora

Gassiev is not the same fighter at HW sadly [injuries too] but he can still punch and take a punch too.

Are we sure Frank is ready to put him in with Gassiev? I think Mr. Warrren was hoping for Pulev.

Hs never shown himself to have chin issues.

Itauma will probably have too much for him, but to say he'd be stopped in a couple of rounds is a bit much

Ben Davison, Moses' trainer, said many HWs have personally told him that Gassiev is the hardest puncher they've ever shared a ring with. I think Ben will look at Gassiev and see he's a shadow of his former self and feel very confident Moses possesses the speed, skill, elusiveness and youth and power to beat him but after seeing Gassiev flatten Pulev in that devastating fashion with one punch and knowing what he's been told by many HWs about Gassiev's power he might be wary of that match up and if not he would certainly be very nervous for as long as Gassiev was still standing if Moses and he do fight each other

Itauma would annihilate the Otto Wallin that Gassiev lost to as well, so I hate to break that to you

Gassiev from last night gets destroyed. To old and slow at this stage.
