Undefeated 6'9 wbc champion Tyson Fury > old Larry Holmes

    Daniel Dubois > Frank Bruno

Prime Anthony Joshua > Tony Tucker

Unbeaten Mairis Briedis > Michael Spinks

    Michael Hunter > Tony Tubbs

    Murat Gassiev > Donovan Ruddock

    Tony Bellew > Trevor Berbick

Krzysztof Glowacki > James Smith and Carl Williams

    Marco Huck > Pinklon Thomas

    Derek Chisora > Bruce Seldon

There's no other way to break this down. Usyks resume is not only more stacked with quality and larger opponents but he has no loses. I've finally seen the light and have no more objections

Wouldn't agree with all these assessments, but overall yes I'd agree Usyk has a stronger resume than Tyson.

Tyson beat about 12 former champions and top 10 opponents. Much deeper resume, stop the comedy. Your comparison list is an insult to boxing.

    Gassiev over Ruddock? lol.
    Huck over Thomas? lol

Even though this a troll thread.

Usyk actually does have a better resume than Tyson.

    Your response is comedy

Ruddock never even won a single world title fight in a weak, all USA era. Gassiev is probably a top 5 Greatest Cruiserweight of all time.

Thomas won just 2 world title fights, his reign lasted 18 months. Huck won 13 world title fights spanning many years. Thomas doesn't have nowhere near the longevity at world level Huck had.

Tyson has more dominant wins at HW but overall Usyk’s resume is better

Tyson had wins over seven current or former champions in his first thirty five fights. His dominance was undeniable. He would walk down to the ring, no socks, no robe and just unleash violence.

Vegas offered odds on if his opponents would make it out of the first round not if they'd win.

Tyson fans are pathetic little creatures.

Usyk is superior in every way. Give him the same roids and the power would be there too.

Usyk would beat Tyson comfortably and not only every opponent Tyson beat but everyone he fought.

Usyk would also never quit on his stool when the going got tough.

Suffice to say he wouldn't need to bite off Evan Fields' ear either.

Tyson is literally street scum turned into a 'marketable brand' by Murican entertainment culture and money and chemical enhancement. Yet people were actually hoping he beat Jake Paul. Paul is an abomination in his own right, but show me the **** conviction, the ear mutilation and having to be warded off of Atlas's niece with a gun.

Having said that, hopefully they make a statue of Tyson in a city square with pigeons on his shoulder, his other passion in life. Believe it or not, that is a real possibility. Why don't you Americans just carve his face into a mountain like a founding father?

Whatever you think of Tysons H2H limitations he has 20 wins over HW title contenders and 11 over HW champions. 16 knockouts out of 20. If we count Gassiev and Hunter Usyk has 9 wins over HW title contenders(6 individuals). 2 knockouts out of 9 which are both same opponent.

Tyson was 37-0 at 25. Usyk debuted at 26. Tyson won 50 fights Usyk is 24-0 and will not get to 30 wins. Tyson has 44 KOs. Usyk has 15.

Tyson lost to Lennox, Holyfield twice and Buster but out of all his wins Tucker and Ruddock are the only ones to win a few rounds against him. Usyk has lost 4+ rounds in 5 of the 9 aformentioned fights.

I think something important here is that Tyson actually is what Usyk fans misrepresent Usyk as. A small champion breaking glass ceilings.

"Ruddock never even won a single world title fight in a weak, all USA era. Gassiev is probably a top 5 Greatest Cruiserweight of all time."

Gassiev being a top 5 CW ever on the basis of going 7-1 at HW with no title fights and a loss to Wallin isn't making the point you think it is.

The big appeal of CW for larger Cruisers is winning stuff they'd have a much harder time winning at HW. Gassiev and Hucks resumes are not transferrable for comparisons with Pinklon Thomas and Razor Ruddock. Huck is 0-3 against the best 3 HWs he fought at CW. Whom are Usyk, Povetkin and.......the great Steve Cunningham. Every single CW champ whose succeeded at HW was better at CW. Because CW is easier.

The cruiserweight division is stronger than some prior heavyweight eras.

Ruddock did little at heavyweight himself and probably loses to Gassiev h2h. Today's cruiserweights don't have the luxury of a Michael Moorer, Hasim Rahman, etc being heavyweight champ.
