Holyfield v Wilder At Heavyweight

Was watching some of Fury Wilder, and Wilder actually looked pretty good in their first fight, he ate plenty of Fury's best shots he has chin, his jab and left hook certainly weren't the worst

Still not anything too challenging for Holyfield, and he did noticeably decline by the second and third fights, but he has that dog in him

 

Mismatch for Evander

 

Holyfield was all wrong for Wilder. A dirty, clever fighter with an iron jaw and the ability to frustrate a big puncher. Wilder would not stand a chance.

People talking like Wilder aint highly dangerous

Holyfield would be the favourite, but prime Wilder is one of the most dangerous and powerful HW fighters ever,

Likely Holyfield gets dropped once or twice or at least wobbled.

 

Prime Holyfield anyway he chooses too.
Wilder wouldn't last five rds against him.
I dare say the best of Wilder couldn't beat
the worst of Holyfield of the early 2000's.

Holyfield may get stunned or hurt, but unless Wilder is landing the right hand repeatedly in combinations, he ain't stopping Holyfield. George Foreman clipped Holyfield a few times and Holyfield was hurt but shook it off and even 42 year old Foreman was one of the divisions hardest punchers. He also took clean shots from Tyson, Mercer, Bowe and Lewis.
