At what point is Wardley no longer the "Underdog"

Yes , he is such a big underdog against him that usyk was ready to throw away his wbo belt to only avoid facing wardley. That wbo belt he was glueing on as long as he could , even with a pathetic injury extension while dancing to only not face parker first ! Haha ... what an underdog and what a champ .

How on earth would Wardley V Jalolov be a 50/50 fight???!!!!

He doesn't deserve credit in that instance but you genuinely discredit him at every opportunity

 

He is relying on his power and confidence to bail him out of fights.

Don't forget he went live and death with Frazer Clarke in their first fight and got his head boxed off by Huni and for large parts of the fight against Parker.

He is the Carl Froch of the HW division.

Someone like Usyk would run circles around him while someone like Itauma (yes, even NOW) would KO him into next week.

He might be competitive against Joshua because AJ has analysis paralysis and overthinks things too much and Dubois would meet him head on and has much better fundamentals albeit zero confidence at the moment.

 

Yeah tbh I expected far better from his team in terms of strategy. Mastered it for Zhang and Wilder then regressed to **** game plans again

 

Technically Jalolov is 1000 times better, on the other hand if he has a poor gas tank as many here suspect, he could be in troubles later rounds against Wardley. 50/50 to me

 

Paradoxally Jalolov has tons of amateur experience but I find him unproven professionnallly meanwhile to me Wardley is the total opposite

 

The strategy was not bad , parker outclassed him , was way forward on points and also delivered hard hits searching for a ko .

Problem is that wardley is somehow an alien .

The more you dominate him , the more aggressive he gets . The more you hurt him , the more power he gets.

He has very serious punching power , an iron chin and heart of steel . it was simply too much for parker .

 

But what has Jalolov proved in the pros to warrant that him and Wardley would be a 50/50 fight?
