Naoya Inoue vs. Alan David Picasso Romero & Junto Nakatani vs. Sebastian Hernandez Reyes RBR.

Not mad at the result, i think its fine and the cards are ok.

 

That fight felt like a waste of time for everyone involved somehow.

 

I mean if you take Coppingers card and then give him the first which is plausible then its not too crazy.

 

No, I do not take Coppingers card... Hes absolutely horrendous at judging fights. Garcia did not win all of the last 4 rounds, and he most certainly did not win the 10th.

 

Imanaga was far too easy to hit; he was winning pretty comfortably at the halfway point, but he completely lost it through lack of concentration, no head movement, and not sticking to his gameplan. He has nobody to blame after that heavy knockdown in round 8. It was a great fight, though.

They both fought in bursts and admired their own work too much, but the right man got the nod, I think. I'd definitely watch that one again, but Imanaga is yet another Japanese fighter who has been made to look extremely average against a guy who is nowhere near the world level.

 

I had it 95-94 to Imanaga, but its not a crazy result.

 

96-93 is. Its simply too wide.

 

How on Earth did Junto ever squeeze himself down to 108? It just doesn’t make sense to me.

 

In a normal world, tonight we would have gotten Inoue vs Nakatani, while Hernandez and Picasso squared on.

Hernandez is a more dangerous opponent than Picasso, IMO. Can he win? Probably not. But he is a tough cookie.

 

I hate Mike Coppinger so, so much.
