Naoya Inoue's defense

His defense isn't his strong suit since he's naturally an aggressive offensive fighter but I also think he knows when to utilize his defense depending on the opponent. Defense was much better against MJ where he fought more disciplined and was more cautious of his power. Against Picasso he had absolutely no respect for his power and it's been a running theme that he will intentionally drop his guard when the opponent is overly cautious or aren't taking enough risk for Inoue to counter so it's Inoue who has to lead and goad the opponents to hit him. Even in the 12th round Inoue intentionally fought the last round toe to toe to give Picasso a chance to open up more.
