Usyk fighting Wilder is a bit of a cherry pick

    Wilder isn't even rated anymore

Lost 4 of his last 6 been knocked out 3 times

Hasn't had a win vs a legit contender since 2019

In other news the sky is blue.

    We all know that.

Usyk has always face the best and most dangerous fighters in their backyard so it's disappointing but if anyone can be let off for a one off pass for an easy fight it's Usyk.

I honestly don’t know if Junto is even better than Dubois. Dubois beat AJ and Hrgybear who is Juntos best win?

I thought Dubois twice was the easy fight too, and Witherspoon and Chisora.

Anthony Joshua has not had a significant win since 2018

Not sure what makes him anything of note on a pound for pound level

That was supposed to be the excuse for the second Dubios fight. He's had his easy fight, now he should be on to the next contender to defend his belts rather than rummage through the retirement village.

No Dubois was in the form of his life having just stopped impressively stopped Miller, Hrgovic and Joshua in a row and picked up the world title. His confidence was it's highest and it was in his home city.

Rubbish. Usyk already beat him and dropped the belt specifically to fight the winner of two fighters he had already beaten (Dubios once, AJ twice). It was a forgone conclusion before the bell had rung.

Now Usyk, rather than defending against his mandatory, is dropping the belt to go fight Wilder. There's no excuse for it when you have plenty of other game and deserving challengers to choose from.

I really don't know what Deontay has left, but I kinda like this fight. I don't think Wilder will be scared to throw in this fight, Usyk hits hard and sharp but he's not a massive puncher and I don't think he can put Wilder in his shell. The obvious result is a 12 round shut out or late stoppage by Usyk but...I like this fight. Call me crazy but I'd love to see Wilder come out blazing and turn this into a 6 round shootout... Hey, call me crazy...but I like this fight. I'd like to see Usyk get hit clean once...just to see...

What do you mean Usyk dropped the belt to fight Dubois a 2nd time?

    Wasn't it for undisputed

He dropped it so AJ and Dubios could fight for it, then fought the winner to "unify" a belt he vacated.
