I was wondering why Ioka was suddenly prioritizing targeting Takuma Inoue (WBC titlist) instead of Seiya Tsutsumi (WBA titlist), considering that Ordosgoitti was ranked in the WBA system's top fifteen but not the WBC's - but it makes crystal-clear sense when you stop and think about it.

What better way to bait Naoya Inoue (presuming he beats Junto Nakatani, which I'm very confident he will) into perhaps the highest-grossing super-fight in Japan's history than beating up his kid brother? :deal:

There's no better way for an All Time Great Japanese Aries to get retired.... than by another All Time Great Japanese Aries. I couldn't have written it any better myself.:sisi1 To put a cherry on top, they should have the other All Time Great Japanese Aries, The Fighting Harada ref the match.:D

It's a pity those Two All Time Great Japanese Aries, Akira Kurosawa and Toshiro Mifune aren't still alive, to make a movie about it.:sisi1

There's a connection between the impulsive, self-reliant traits of the Aries zodiac sign (the Ram) with the archetype of a Ronin, a masterless samurai in feudal Japan, suggesting an independent, wandering, and sometimes solitary figure driven by personal code, fitting Aries' pioneer spirit. Understanding the Connection: Aries Traits: Known for being pioneers, leaders, independent, action-oriented, sometimes impulsive, and focused on their own goals, fitting a lone wolf or wandering warrior archetype. Ronin Archetype: A samurai without a lord, often depicted as wandering, highly skilled, fiercely independent, and guided by their own honor or survival, embodying self-reliance and a lack of traditional ties. Why the Comparison Works: Independence: Both Aries and Ronin value freedom and dislike being controlled. Action & Drive: Aries' fiery, pioneering nature aligns with the skilled, decisive warrior. Solitude/Wandering: The "masterless" aspect of a Ronin mirrors the independent, sometimes solitary, path Aries can take. In essence, it's a metaphorical description highlighting Aries' characteristic self-sufficiency and pioneering spirit through the lens of the iconic Ronin warrior.:deal:

Yeah I thought the same while watching. He was badly outmatched but he went for it in the 3rd. Wasn't just some journeyman showing up for a payday. Hats off to him.

    10-9 Ioka but competitive
    10-8 Ioka
10-9 Ioka clear but Ordosgoitti went for it
Ioka KO4! Another left hook to the body melts Ordosgoitti. Ordosgoitti appears to narrowly beat the count but the ref waves it off anyways. Its academic as his corner steps into the ring to save their man from more punishment.

Idk... that reminded me of meaner versions of Ioka that have shown up in the past. Bantamweight better not sleep on this guy.
