I am sorry but you just don't understand what you are reading, and I can't waste any more time trying to explain it to you. Good luck to you.

Probably because they charged him over a year later and legal proceedings and the case would cost over 800 thousand dollars. Sounds like they just decided not to waste all that money for something that could just be swept under the rug like so many other cases, but if I remember correctly Fury didn't even attend the first court hearing not to mention that license was suspended by the British board so they could investigate the issue. In the end they just accepted his retirement as a proper 2 year doping ban so it is what it is. Hughie also tested positive for the same ****, so thats just more supporting evidence.

Yes, the exact point that has already been made more than once is, why did they charge him a year later and let a heavyweight fight go on when they supposedly had proof that he is s drug cheat? Of course they would have had a hard time explaining that, because it doesn't sound credible.

You have almost stumbled blindly into the truth.

Tyson Fury doesn't rate as a heavyweight all-time great. He's not in the top 30. His record is too thin.

Fury failed 2 separate drug tests. You are being willfully ignorant to uphold a stance. Furthermore Furys boxing license was removed indefinitely for said period, despite your notion that the commission was worried they'd lose a legal battle. They never officially backtracked anything, the anti doping violations were upheld, which means Fury never won any cases. What actually happened was he took the ban and was ineligible to box until 2017. We know this for a fact. By the actual records Fury took PEDs and you have no real evidence to deny this

Fury retired for TWO years before they scheduled him for a court date so the entire fiasco could blow over and he never showed up. it is so obvious yet you continue to make excuse after excuse after excuse even when your hypocritical logic was exposed.

Like you once said, Once a drug cheat, always a drug cheat.

Talking to you is like talking to a wall. The point is, the PEDs test that he allegedly failed was never presented to proven to anyone. The second was a cocaine test.

    Really, develop some reading comprehension.

They were proven by all accords, he failed 2 tests, got his license removed, coincidentally retired for about 2 years, never won any cases and the anti doping violations were officially upheld

    Got any more excuses ?

Name 30 that have a better record. Probably the most significant stat in boxing as a champion is Title Defenses and while he doesn't have many he is definitely in the top 30.

Are there genuinely less than 30 fighters with 4+ defences?

Fury only has 3, remember (Wilder 2, Whyte and Chisora 3 - Ngannou wasn't a defence, belts weren't on the line).

Plus, it's a crap metric - by title defences alone Wilder is miles above Fury... And that's obvious nonsense when you watch what should have been a 3-0 trilogy (and consider Wilder didn't beat a single contender).

At a stretch you could argue he's top 20-25ish but his resume is **** poor, and there's too many asterisks, to rate him higher.

No Klitschko rematch, 2 years out the ring in what should've been his prime, delaying the Wilder rematch for a year to fight Schwarz and Wallin, multiple retirements and unretirements, barely beat any contenders in his era, pointless Chisora trilogy, Ngannou circus fight, delayed the Usyk fight

It's a shame because I did enjoy watching Fury when he was active and if he had actually applied himself fully he could've been greater. But he's always been a money fighter first and foremost

25-30. He never fought anyone to enhance his legacy after Wlad. He went life and death with Wilder who is a one punch pony. He would have needed to fight AJ or rematch Wlad to be higher

Edit: forgot to mention he should've lost to a first time boxer/MMA fighter

If Fury had retired after Chisora 3, I bet a lot would have had him in the top 10.

This is factually not right. When he threatened to sue, he settles. It was never litigated, and thus, they never had to explain whey they waited and let him fight for a title if the results were so damning.

Which is what we started with.

We can keep going in circles, but its not going to change.
