The actual best in-ring fight of the century, for me was either Joshua vs Wlad or Fury vs Wilder 3. In terms of cultural relevence, it's prbably Lewis vs Vitali, as this damn forum for over 15 years after it was still heavily debating the fiight and aftermath. The first two however, were more exciting fights, albiet I listened to Lewis vs Vitali on the radio as opposed to seeing both others.
