I don't mind engaging with unlikely hypotheticals, but for borderline impossible ones, nah, no point.

Based off Wilder's last fight, I'm not sure I would make him the favourite over that Jamie bloke with the Russian-sounding name who beat Frazer Clarke for the British title and I genuinely mean that. zero venom or fast-twitch left, combined with a complete lack of basic skill and quite awful footwork, that in comparison makes Fabio Wardley look like a dark-skinned Usyk.

Afaik even the #13 was artificially boosted by wbc to put wilder in a top15 position to make this title defence possible for usyk . The rules ( allowing a title defence with anybody inside wbc top 15 and boosting wilder out of nothing to top13 ) were specifically written for creating usyk-wilder .

This all is a pure farce turning the division into a joke .

Yup. Sadly, this is just the WBC reverting to type. They have been making it up as they go along for over a decade now.

Sulaiman made noises about Kabayel as WBC mandatory back in November. I should have known better than believing for one second he would do the right thing, even with his grandstanding involving the BBoC at the WBC December conference. Instead, they have installed Wilder at #13 to allow this voluntary defence.

They did the same for Fury with Chisora III, and Wilder with some other opponents. They even blocked undisputed between Klitschko and Stiverne when it didn't align with who they wanted to hold their belt.

It's actually why I'm not necessarily against Dana White entering boxing. The orgs have made their bed

please, not the Cojimar rankings and organisation rules.
We in professional boxing are using wbc, wba, ibf, wbo, can even use ring when it comes to world rankings.

when Cojimar boxing Federation is established a good few years and has credible history and champions, we can take your ranking system seriously

Show me all the wins backing up Wilder's lofty ranking. Oh wait, you can't because they don't exist

And plenty of guys have objectively scored better wins with no belt on the line.

Douglas has wins over Page, Cobb, McCall, Berbick, and Tyson. Wilder fans are in no position to critique his resume.

No, I can’t be bothered and it’s pointless.
I hate to break it to you, but You do know your personal opinion is completely irrelevant and there is no Cojimar ranking system that is relevant in the world today?

In boxing we use the OFFICIAL governing bodies and we could tear apart anyone’s resume. So we behave like adults and just use the OFFICIAL governing bodies.

Wilder should fight Dave Allen, or if he wants to get beat by someone who has more of a reputation then chisora

This. My man Sanders beat Wlad like a red haired stepchild, but in no way can I claim Sanders is greater than Wlad.

There's a little more to it than that. Wilder was a titlist for 5 years with 10 title defenses. If he beats the guy that beat him than he catapults to a top 30 spot (conservative).

No. But I rate no one from the 21st century that way except Wlad and Lennox. Wilders old but Usyk getting caught by Wilder doesn't really change much for how I view this era.

That crowd that rates Usyk in their top 10 all time will have some explaining to do. But Wilder and Ngannou knocked down Fury 6 times who Usyk barely beat. You could say they already had some explaining to do. That explanation could be "Wilder has a punchers chance against anyone whose ever lived because hes one of the hardest hitters ever" but most people haven't wanted to give Wilder that. They instead want to pretend Wilder scammed the public and hes Lionel Washington level.
