Who are the Fighters stopped as amateurs but not as pros ? Stopped as in tko or ko.

David Tua comes to mind. Stopped by a Felix Savon right hand and possibly an accidental head butt.

    who else?

The Reid v Klitchko does not really count. It was an exhibition with no kicks to the head. Reid accidently kicked Klitchko in the head and the exhibition was stopped.

Well, it was the official world championship in Light contact, but we can ignore it because it's a different discipline.

Actually, I think Miroshmichenko knocked out Bowa more than Lewis did in the final. I guess Lennox had an easier road in Seoul by not fighting in the semifinals.

His name was Pele. Surely you expected someone called that to be using his feet and kicking?

Marciano was never stopped as an amateur. He lost his first amateur fight by decision, was overweight, gassed and vowed never to be out of shape again. Over time a bit of a myth developed that he was stopped, but records don't support that myth.

Uysk was 19 and Korobov was in his mid 20's. He wasn't knocked out but stopped by volume punches. Korobov was a real good fighter that I thought for sure would have been a world champion as a pro. One of my favorites (Andy Lee) took him out.
