Mike Dokes got over 230 and was still pretty good.

Some of my first picks have already been called out so I’ll throw Shannon The Cannon Briggs out there for hand speed. Dude has some crazy fast hands for being such a big man.

No man over 250 was lighter on his feet or faster of hand than Fury. In his prime he was a unicorn in those respects.

Movement speed easily goes to 2015 Fury. He barely even looks human pre-Wlad, I doubt we’ll ever see a guy that big move like that ever again.

Handspeed has a lot of candidates. Michael Dokes, Andy Ruiz, Corrie Sanders, plenty really. I’ll go with Andy Ruiz simply because Dokes and Sanders were actually in-shape. Andy Ruiz looks like a literal whale but somehow still throws blinding combinations.

Corrie Sanders, Joseph Parker, Andy Ruiz Jr, Eddie Chambers.

It's one of the four who have the most fastest hands in Heavyweight in the last years.

I'd say your man Wlad had quicker hands than Fury.

He was more explosive, but faster?

I would say Fury is faster, more fluid. Wlad could put you in an instant but his combo speed wasn't up to Fury's level. No one's was.
