I had 15 on the ko and a tenner on the win

 

Great performance from Brandon. Truth is Nick Ball is very limited, he’s a sitting duck and quite predictable.

I’m certain if he just survived that final round even 10-9 Brandon, we’d have seen a British decision for Ball.

 

Very poor to not stay in the ring and leave like that. Disappointing from Nick Ball and team. All giving it the big one as they celebrated

 

Called it after 4 rounds, the commentary team did their best to spin a particular narrative....

But fair play to figueroa, be invested in the body work and stuck to the plan. Never panicked either..

Crowd where shameful though. Not exactly minter vs Hagler levels of scumdom.... But terrible lack of respect shown to a very good fighter there.

Bring in Lampley for British cards. Smith Frampton and Barker are an embarrassment . Figueroa beat Ball to a pulp.

250 quid up now but don't take much pleasure in it, Balls been a great champion. Looked like a possible broken jaw as he was leaving the arena

 

Body work key for Fig. Landed about 5x as many body shots as Ball. Teed up the KO.

 

I rarely gamble but will throw the odd fiver or tenner on the boxing, I saw it the exact same and whacked a few quid on Figueroa after that 4th

 

NVM, Smith just confirmed Figueroa was up on the cards

 

It’s funny as well because Barker was criticising the bodyshots saying they were too soft with not enough power
