People forget how devastating Cotto was at 140. Taylor too. Hatton is a toss-up. The Hatton from Floyd fight beats Shakur. Sorry if thats not the popular answer

    Shakur beats them all

Toughest fight is Meldrick Taylor and Amir Kahn cause of the hand speed

    Cotto is tough too

    Beats Garcia for sure

    Loses to hatton and taylor

khan is 50-50 (his best performances were against technical boxers and southpaws who didn't have power to hurt him.).

It's possible but I still favor Ricky to maul him.

hard to believe its been 20 years already since cotto has seen 140. i just think ricky was to easy to time against elite guys in their prime. thats why floyd and pac could walk him into shots. hatton would shoot at you and try and maul you inside. with shakurs timing , footspeed, and sense of positioning, it would be a turkey shoot. i would expect shakur to flurry and then clinch whenever ricky did manage to get inside, then reset the turkey shoot again. i think thats what his granddad would send him out to do.

I could see something like that happening. I could also see Shakur pleading to ref as Ricky got too close, held a bit, threw a bit, perhaps something goes low. Those kinds of moments distract boxers and sap their concentration. Would be a great fight although could also be ugly

Cotto would beat Shakur up, Taylor is a very questionable one, I can see Shakur sharpshooting him to a decision, Meldrick's best work is in flurry/combination and Shakur's jab is going to disrupt that. Danny and Khan both lose, Ricky wins or loses depending on where the fight is and who the ref is. Shakur would have to fight an aesthetically horrible fight to win.
