Joe calzaghe caught in a lie

    One of the posters here posted an article from joe calzaghe in his
    column in the welch newspaper. In this artilce he says the fight being
    in november is better because it gives him time to heal from breaking
    his hand on peto's head. I remembered exclusive news from calz website in april saying that "joe's hand is not fractured" And now in this
    recent article he says is was.
    !Busted!
    Maybe joe has been lying about the other times that he broke his hand
    as well. I mean how do you break your hands as many times as he claims he has(like 10 times) and still fight on?

    I bet he did fracture his hand, but didn't want to make a fuss about it, since he is so used to this fact.

    This way if he makes a bad showing against Kessler ( or loses ) he'll have an out. Sort've like with Mayweather after his first fight with Castillo.. " I tore my rotator cuff so I couldn't use my jab as well as I wanted, but I don't make excuses ".

    I'm more surprised that a thread from 2007 has no banned users. Usually when you look at old threads, pretty much everybody is banned. :lol:

    A break and a Fracture are the same thing, fracture just being a more medical term if you like. There are different types of fracture for example a compound fracture is where the bone breaks through the skin. You can be sure that fractured bone is broken.
