Not the young wrecking ball Foreman -the older, smarter, slower but still hitting like hell version from the late 80s/90 s.

    Quarry 1969-71
    Foreman 1990-92

    Who you got ,12 rounds?

My feeling is,if Tommy Morrison can get a decision over George then Quarry could.
Unless he gets a little silly and try s slugging with the old guy.

Yes provided he doesn't get cut.

If he boxed perfectly and flawlessly then yes. But Jerry couldn’t afford to get hit too often or too squarely by George. We all saw what happened to Michael Moorer

Comeback Foreman could be outboxed for long stretches of time provided the opponent didn't get too silly. The problem came in when the other guy tired and slowed down. Foreman's jab was long and accurate and an economical weapon to use. Granted he was slow, but a certain % of those jabs would always land. Getting caught by Old Man George's hooks could not have been fun at all because he was even bigger and heavier than he'd been in the 70s and had apparently done a lot of weightlifting to augment his strength. Tommy Morrison gave Foreman a boxing lesson for most of their match, until he got tired, then he was kind of in deep waters for a while.

I like any iteration of George from Chepulis to Briggs.

No. Quarry’s fight IQ was terrible, he’d brawl when he needed to box and box when he needed to brawl.

100% he’d get caught up on battering Foreman in close-up exchanges with his handspeed and slowly get broken down at distance by that sledgehammer of a jab until half his face is invisible from blood.

    Foreman R7 TKO.
