Here are some of the wins where heavyweights overcame the biggest size disadvantages:

    - David Haye beats Nikolai Valuev: 99 pounds, 9 inch height, eight inch reach
    - Evander Holyfield robbed by Nikolai Value: 96 pounds, 9 ½ inch height, seven inch reach
    - Daniel Dubois beats Jarrell Miller: 94 pounds, one inch height, identical reach
    - Jack Sharkey beats Primo Carnera: 59 pounds, three inch height, 13 inch reach
    - Chris Byrd beats Jameel McCline: 56 pounds, four inch height, seven inch reach
    - Oleksandr Usyk beats Tyson Fury (2): 55 pounds, five inch height, seven inch reach
    - Sultan Ibragimov beats Shannon Briggs: 52 pounds, two inches height, four inch reach
    - Agit Kabayel beats Zhilei Zhang: 46 ½ pounds, 3 inch height, identical reach
    - Roy Jones Jr. beats John Ruiz: 33 pounds, 3 inches height, 4 inch reach

It’s easier to know with heavyweights because you know what they weighed on fight night. But I’m mainly interested in biggest size disadvantages below heavyweight. For instance:

    - Floyd Mayweather beats Oscar De La Hoya: 22 pounds (149 vs 171), 2 ½ inch height, one inch reach

Doesn’t have to be backed with numbers, sometimes visually one guy beats a much bigger guy. Recent examples I can think of are:

    Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez
    Josh Kelly vs Bakhram Murtazaliev

What are some other examples? Would love to get a megalist going.

Moorer against Mike White deserves mention. Especially for rolks that have not seen it and buy into the size always wins matchups.

Ran a couple off my head and then checked the stats. There may be better but these were significant size differences

Jerry Quarry, by all accounts thrashed Buster Mathis over 12 rounds. Buster outweighed Jerry by 40 pounds and held a 3" height advantage

James J. Woody at 6'0", fought the monster James J. Beattie, who was 6'9 1/2". Beattie also outweighed Woody by slightly over 42 pounds and Woody won a decision. They got Beattie back on his streak, winning 5 straight when they rematched Woody, who this time went one better and stopped Beattie in 7 rounds.

Lou Nova fought another monster in Ben Moroz, who was 6'8" to Nova's 6'2". Moroz held an 80 pound weight advantage but that meant nothing to Lou who, by all accounts, slaughtered Moroz in 7 rounds.

Probably a better result would be Turkey Thompson against Big Ben. Mroz was almost a foot taller (6'8" to 5'8 1/2") than the diminutive Thompson. Mroz outweighed Thompson by 93 pounds but Turkey knocked Big Ben kicking in 2 rounds.

Middleweight Tony Mundine took on Australian heavyweight champ Foster Bibron for the big title weighing only 164 1/4 and standing at 5'11 1/2". He knocked out Bibron, who stood 6'3" and weighed 210 1/4, in 11 rounds with Bibron enjoying a 46 pound weight advantage and 3 1/2" in height.

Primo Carnera weighed nearly 100lbs more than Tommy Loughran and almost a half foot taller with a much longer reach. Tommy beat him with the jab, clinch and movement.
