I think Hagler/Hearns might be the best Round 1 I have ever seen.

The way these styles meshed, the theatrics, the competitiveness, the buildup and performances...Ive rewatched all these fights for different reasons. And sorry I made a damn list which is just off top of head, there are older ones I really liked too, but since ~2010 these are among my favorite

 

Great shout. You could sub JMM Pac 1 just as easily. Pac had tons of legendary fights. Hell even the 4th fight was unforgettable.

If we talking live in the arena it’s ODLH vs Mayorga. The atmosphere was something else and since the arena was filled with Mexicans the roof was almost blown off when Oscar dropped Mayorga!

I been to some really fun fights but this one stands out the most. Mayweather vs Judah, Canelo vs Angulo, Benevidez vs Plant was also fun

Ettiene vs Clay-Bey was a ripper. Maybe round 9 or 10 when be dropped his hands and let his opponent go berserk on him was mad.

 

Live, I was at Benn vs McClellan. The atmosphere and blood lust at the London Arena was how I imagine the colosseum in Rome would have been back in the day.
