Yeah undoubtedly. It always seemed to me that Benton was the real nuts and bolts guy in the Duva camp.

 

Absolutely he was. Benton is a tier one guy. He did great things early on with the likes of Holyfield, Whitaker and Taylor. He did excellent work with Bennie Briscoe as well, for a stretch.

Emanuel Stewart, Futch, Freddie Roach, Teddy Atlas. I know a lot of people scoff at Teddy but in the corner during a fight he is telling his fighter what he's doing wrong and what his opponent is doing wrong. A lot of coaches fail to do that.
