Haney wins easily but I want Rollie aka Broly from DBZ to win. I think Rollie has more heavy concussive power than sharp explosive power. It’ll be hard for him to land like Ryan did.

That Loma fight makes me sick. Horrendous robbery, and it stole a big part of Loma's legacy from him.

I think he’d be the favourite to win against every champ apart from Garcia in the rematch.

People hate him rightfully so but the man can box.

I feel you. I just don't see Devin being willing to exchange with Rolly and getting hurt. I was extremely shocked at how he fought Norman Jr. Based on some sparring I was privileged to be present in Norman's case in the past, I though Norman would have been able to adjust to the distance Devin wanted to keep him at and be able to use angles to get in position to deliver damage. But Devin did what he needed to do. Rolly is one of my least favorite fighters, but I recognize that he is a little underrated in his boxing ability and he does have some pop to those punches. Devin can outbox him. I strongly believe that. Devin could even overwhelm Rolly and get a possible TKO....I just don't see Devin actually KO'ing Rolly simply because of the position he would need to be in which would have greater consequences given Rolly's ability to slip into a hook/upper cut counter pretty smoothly.

    Rolly, Crocker, Ryan, and Haney

Worst welterweight crop of champs in history

    Even worse

Rolly was knocked out by Twink, Cruz, should have an L vs Jackson Martinez who was robbed blind, and was well on his way to losing vs a 40 y/o cherrypick Barroso until the corrupt as sin home ref waved the fight off over nothing to ensure Rolly got the win

    Robbery vs Martinez

Three fights later Rolly is challenging Twink for his 135 WBA regular belt

    Gets KO'd by Twink

Gets paired up vs 40 y/o Barroso for the vacant 140 WBA belt in his next fight and was dropped and getting outclassed and well on his way to losing until the ref ever so conveniently waved the fight off the first chance he got when Rolly had Barroso in a little difficulty after shoving him down earlier in the round which the ref, again, conveniently counted as a KD even though it wasn't. Two robberies in a span of four fights

Loses his completely undeserved title in his 1st defence after Cruz battered him knocked him senseless

Beats an D level at 140 and gets rewarded for that with a title shot at up at 147 in his next fight for the vacant WBA regular belt vs Ryan

    Whoops Ryan

Crocker became the IBF champ after a robbery win over Paddy O Donovan who he'd beaten in his previous fight on a DQ after being dominated and battered by him prior to the DQ loss which to be fair O Donovan did hit him after the bell. Either way, he has 2 wins over Donovan the 2nd of which won him the world title despite Donovan proving he was the better man in both fights

Ryan gets knocked out by Twink at catchweight of 136 despite Twink having previously won the WBA regular belt at 140 a few years before and Ryan's previous fight being at 140

Beats Duarte at a catchweight of 143

Is rewarded for that with a title shot vs Haney at 140

Misses weight and pops dirty for Ostrich but proceeds to whoop Haney's ass, drop him officially x 4 but it should've been x 6, and would've 100% knocked him out had the corrupt ref not been batting for Team Haney all night allowing Haney to hold like an octopus all night to an insane degree without ever so conveniently deducting a single point off him for doing so

After serving his one year ban Ryan is rewarded for that performance which was declared a NC with a vacant title shot at 147 vs Rolly in his fight

Losses comprehensively to Rolly and is rewarded with another title shot at 147 in his next fight vs Barrios

The same Barrios who won his WBA regular title at 140 via a hometown robbery vs a 7-0 pro novice

Defended it vs a club fighter

Lost it via stoppage vs Twink

Got completely outclassed by an inactive injury-ravaged Keithy in his next fight at 147 who'd fought x 2 in 5 years, a MD win he almost got knocked out in late, and a SD loss to an ancient Manny, and not at all over 2.5 years

Beat a D level and was paired up vs a washed Ugas for the vacant WBC 147 interim title who was coming off a year and a half of inactivity himself and a brutal TKO loss pounding by Spence

Beats Maidana's much weaker younger brother

    Was elevated to full champ

Then a controversial draw vs Abel Ramos which many felt his lost

Then another controversial draw in his next fight which many feel he lost vs an even more ancient Manny who hadn't fought in four years and only once in six

    Loses 147 strap to Ryan

Haney is a three-weight champ who hasn't beaten anyone close to his size, sans possibly the ''too small'' Norman and has been telling fighters they're ''too small'' in every weight class he's fought at despite 2 of them being career fighters in weight divisions he was making his debut at or full debut at

Needed a gift from his three home judges vs tiny blown up 126 Loma in a division which would've been Loma's 9th one had he turned pro at the same age as Haney, despite having a 20lb weight advantage, a near six inch reach advantage, a 10 year youth advantage, hometown advantage, a home ref, the aforementioned three corrupt home judges, and a 36 hour weigh in for a fight between a gigantic weight bully who was the biggest 135 I've ever seen vs a tiny, tiny framed, blown up 126 who was the smallest 135 in the world

Ducks the rematch despite only 17k of 118k IIRC fans who voted in FightHub's poll scoring the fight for him, knowing he would had home country advantage again, a home ref, three home judges, and an obscene size advantage and massive youth advantage and that the vast majority of fans had him losing the first fight

This fight isn't good enough to be set so far into the future....................2 months for what? This fight neither deserves nor needs a buildup, just fight. This is one of those fights where I really don't care who wins and would laugh at the loser. This being said, Rolly is not even elite. Haney for all the **** I give him, is at least elitish. He's vulnerable and another loss waiting to happen but he's a good enough boxer. Haney should win but I'd giggle if he got cracked.

An aside: This has gotta be the worst WW division that I can recall. It's truly awful. Maybe when Cory Spinks was at the top, but I legit would pick Spinks over either them.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Haney manages to stop Rollie not because he is a good puncher but because Rollie is not very skilled and I think that Haney will be able to hit him at will. Rollie does not have the best chin either I was expecting Ryan Garcia to blast him out in 3 rounds.

I absolutely agree with this sentiment but it is also true that he could have easily ended up even more unlikeable when you consider his dad

You are probably right, Haney might score a knock down but he will then just back off because of his fear of getting hit.

Thirtyish years ago in the 90s the divisional champs were
Whitaker, Trinidad, Quartey, Jose Luis Lopez

    Has boxing evolved?!!

The current crop are manufactured world champions who only became champions due to corruption, shenanigans, favouritism, luck, and their careers being carefully orchestrated by their promoters working in tandem with the sanctioning orgs, and some also being massive weight bullies who have forged a career out of weight bullying leprechauns and fighters they're bigger or much bigger than even though said fighters were career fighters at weights the massive weight bullies were making their debuts at after coming up in weight

Rolly should have like 4 losses and kept being given shot after shot at becoming a world champion, waltzing into title fights at new weight classes after coming off KO losses at lower weights in his previous fights

Crocker won a vacant title against someone who like himself had never beaten anyone close to world level and even then his opponent who he holds a brace of wins over now is the much better man

Ryan lost to Rolly and Twink and like Rolly keeps waltzing into title shots at higher weights after coming off KO losses and comprehensive losses

Haney has never beaten anyone his size despite being a three-weight champion and everyone he fought in his first 2 weights classes was way or much smaller than him and he lost to an old past prime tiny 20lb lighter six inch shorter reach blown up 126 pounder on a deck which couldn't have been more stacked in his favour.

And Haney got his ass whooped by Ryan and I don't believe the Ostrich made a goddamn bit of difference and I couldn't care less about Ryan missing weight against one of the biggest weight bullies of all time. I think he just couldn't deal with the speed and power of a puncher closer to his size who possessed the speed to catch him and the power to crack his shaky chin, in between the running and holding

Those guys would euthanize this current crop of fraudulent champs. Jose Luis Lopez would be considered the weakest of that crop but my fav and for sure the toughest and right up there with Tito in terms of power and he would decapitate them all
