What If Dustin Nichols had Knocked Wilder Out....

They would have found meldonium in Nichols' system and rule the fight a DQ.

 

It was up for some of us. Wilder was a guy who could hit pretty good with a fully extended right and, and was otherwise a fraud. It was obvious from this, Scoiners, and the fights that were obviously fixed, like Scott and Audley.

 

What if Fury took 1 second longer to get up from knockdown?

 

Nichols would have gone on to dominate the heavyweight division and become a top 10 atg. Fine margins.

 

It would be scrubbed from the internet, just like the clip of Sconiers rocking Wilder to his boots.

 

The check jab would have been the most feared punch in boxing. Nichols would have been ducked left and right

 

If Nichols could get straight off the couch and have Wilder on rubber legs with a check jab just imagine what he could've done with a full camp.

 

I wonder how many people in the world know Dustin Nichols boxing nick name. Probably 200, and most of them are on this forum.

 

And wasn't on a boar meat diet.

 

Look, Wilder was protected like just AJ. He's POS of epic proportions, as is his manager.
But in reality he was very dangerous and he KO'd plenty of good boxers (people better than him at boxing).
And he almost got Fury too.
He likely would have got AJ, at least got a win in a series.
I personally think he hit the roids hard after the early days and that also explains a few things.

 

I heard Wilder's people worked with the CIA to keep Nichols out of every all you can eat buffet in the city. Nichols was famished and had low blood sugar for that one.

 

I've also heard Wilder had an apple pie is his glove and Nichols' trainer put too much food on Nichols plate that day. He had a heavy costume on even without having a costume on.
