    Could be wrong, but i think Toney wins easily here. Tarver still gets some good work in, but Toney in 2004 was pretty good at beating people up.

    I think that Tarver does not stand a chance against a motivated Toney. Different level.

    At 175lbs it wouldn’t be smart to bet on Toney against anyone decent as he was so inconsistent.

    If it takes place at 190lbs, then Toney beats him.
