Spink's knees were gone so it doesn't matter what weight it's at. With a proper camp Tyson was young enough to drop the weight and still run over Spinks.

Spinks winning on the scales is the most likely outcome.

At a 190 lb catchweight, Spinks would be quicker and closer to his natural size, while Tyson would lose some bulk but remain explosive, Tyson by KO...

I guess it would depend on which limb Tyson would have to remove to get to 190.

Would this be when Tyson was 16 years old or something ?

Tyson weighed almost 200 lbs at 13 yrs old. It would be almost impossible for him to weigh in under 200 pounds anytime during his pro career.

But if he could, and remained anywhere close to his prime form and aggression, he'd steam roll Spinks again.
Maybe not as fast, but because of his style he'd always be a stylistic and physical nightmare for Spinks.

Tyson would be half-dead from making weight.

All depends on how he loses the 30 pounds. If he does it scientifically with a good nutritionist then he could retain enough strength and power to still be able to beat Spinks using speed and power. If he just starves himself he could end up weak and actually get stopped.

I’ve now changed the title to 200lbs, I didn’t realise how heavy Tyson was, I thought he came in at 210lbs for title fights, I was gonna say ‘middleweights have cut and rehydrated more than 20lbs, so could Tyson’, but didn’t realise Tyson’s best was was potentially early 220s.

How do you think this fight would go at 200lbs catchweight before day weight in?

Tyson was around 15-20lbs heavier in fights, but middleweights have been able to cut even more weight than that by cutting water then rehydrating.

How do you believe this would go?
