Zayas is going to school him, and I say that as someone who can't stand Zayas' style. He dominated Abass Baraou and Jorge Garcia Perez, who are boh damned good pressure fighters who cut the ring off far better than Boots does.
Yep I am thinking Zayas by decision probably 116-112 or 115-113 Ennis is good but his power was only good at 147 where he had a considerable size advantage, I think that Zaya's will expose Ennis's leaky defense but won't have the power to hurt him.
Boots by decision he will outjab Xander and his power will be the difference but it will be very competitive
This is a good fight, not completely sold on either of them if I am honest, not yet. They're clearly both world-level guys with a lot of talent, but I don't think either of them is particularly elite. People are getting far too carried away with Boots in particular. If Xander has a good chin, I could see him winning this on a close points decision, but if it is a Matchroom event, which I suspect it will be, he's not going to get the nod. Really looking forward to this one, either way, really solid matchup.
Personalitwise zayas has star potential as far as I am concerned. Which might help him get the nod. I certainly will be hoping for him to win. But skillwise I am not totally sold on either of them. So to me it would also be a great matchup to determine their actual level
